How many levels high are the buildings?
It depends on what building you're in. I believe about 8 or so. If you go there make sure you have an ocean view. We were on the 3rd floor and the view was amazing!

I don't think they do, but you might call the concierge to know for sure.

I would say that depends on what you pay, what size room you are getting. Be ready for NO a/c.

It closes at 10pm, it at least it did when I was there. I don't know what time it opens. You can call and they'll tell you.

No, but we kept the windows and doors open for a breeze. They do have ceiling fans too!

They have a great on property rental service for stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, and other beach equipment.

Yes, they have one that is put away in a closet and they are stacked up.
